I don't know of one -- I just use the loggerhead browser for this
(though switching UIs to do a listing is not ideal, of course).
Isn't 'bzr branches' supposed to achieve such task ?
For example, on my shared repository:
bzr branches ~/repos/dokuwiki-el
administrativia
dokuwiki-mode
fontify-buffer
trunk
