    It requires a change to the debbugs software that I haven't made yet.

    I already tried to explain this in my replies to your thread from last
    week "A separate mailing list for most bug report ticket mail".

Once I saw that these messages were being sent to emacs-bug-tracker
(or so it appeared), I thought I knew the solution: get myself off
that list.  So I did not read more messages about that.

But I'm not on emacs-bug-tracker.  And while the CC field in these
messages SAYS emacs-bug-tracker, it seems that debbugs is really
sending it to bug-gnu-emacs instead.  Bug indeed!
