Oh, and my personal preference, as a l2r reader who occasionally deals
with r2l text, is for both C-f/C-b and LEFT/RIGHT to *always* move in
logical order.  The feedback that provides is useful and welcome.

The /only/ possible major modes where visual movement might be
preferable to logical would be picture-mode or modes with a
similar raison d'etre.

I can well imagine that those who deal with r2l more regularly
may prefer a different config, suggesting that perhaps it should
be configurable.

And perhaps the default should be locale-specific?
