emacs-is-a-breakin' -- define-obsolete-face-alias

Since this morning's update, some functions -- notably
`flyspell-mode' -- barf, giving the an error like:

  "Invalid function: define-obsolete-face-alias"

There _does_ seem to be such a macro defined, and I thought it was
the usual sort of macro brain-death that sometimes happens, but
"make bootstrap" doesn't seem to fix it...
