That's why I spoke of "the people involved in the Windows port".

I use it. Works fine. Hate the docs (yes, including the tutorial).
Hate most of the interface, too.

I see stack traces (on Windows), but only rarely. Hate its speed. Hate
its docs. Seem to be having a hateful day today.
