Does Emacs use -lgnutls (BROKEN)? yes

Why '(BROKEN)'?
This occurs both on GNU/Linux K10.04 and Cygwin with gnutls-2.8.5
(K10.04) and gnutls-2.8.6 (Cygwin) packages.
