AFAICS, there's a Starting Up node, which is a menu, and then

  Startup Summary
  Init File
  Terminal-Specific
  Command-Line Arguments

None of them seems entirely relevant.

OK, though there are hundred of instances of literal "..." on doc/**/*.texi
