It is respected by the default mail composition mode in Emacs. :-)

While I don't like Reply-To munging in "normal" lists, I agree to
Karl's arguments for emacs-diffs.

Is it possible to set M-F-T and Reply-To to emacs-diffs _and_ the
committer's address?
