Minor update for Savannah Emacs page

It looks like the Savannah Git repo is being updated now, so please
could an admin change the wording of the sentence "Note that the CVS
and Git repositories are not up-to-date." on

http://savannah.gnu.org/projects/emacs/

I would suggest replacing it with something like "Note that CVS is
only used for the web pages; the sources CVS repository is no longer
being updated."
