On the latest stable Cygwin, using gcc4.3.4, the Emacs-23 branch build
fails during loadup.
Sometimes it dies after lisp-load.el with "static heap exhausted:
avail 12582912 used 11365804 failed request 1441792".
Other times it does after paths.el with the same message.
configure was run with CFLAGS='-Os -march=native' --with-tiff=no
