Hah! I read that about 30 seconds after creating lib/ChangeLog
as revision 103207. I reverted that, as revision 103208.
I prefer projects that use a single ChangeLog, as it's easier to
grok changes that affect multiple directories. Would it be too
radical to propose a single ChangeLog for Emacs?
