Next Monday, I will make the tarball for 23.3 release candidate. The
plan is to make this the actual Emacs 23.3 release, if no serious
problems turn up.
So, after this weekend please don't make any more changes to the
emacs-23 branch. If you want to, discuss it on emacs-devel first.
