The following only applies to platforms that use the configure script.
The autotools generated files such as configure are no longer present in
the repository in the trunk. Instead you should generate them yourself
using the autogen.sh script. See INSTALL.BZR for details.
Developers: there is no longer any need to commit autotools generated
files. The versions in autogen/ will hopefully be kept up-to-date by a
daily cron job running on fencepost.
