Development sources can be viewed in bzr with a Web browser

Savannah was lately upgraded to a newer version of bzr, so Loggerhead
is working again, and you can view the latest development sources with
a Web browser at this URL:

   http://bzr.savannah.gnu.org/lh/emacs/trunk/files

And here you can see the log of the changes, including their revision
numbers:
