In my experience that's not enough to make the users notice.  And if
they notice, they still have the problem of "now what?  do I really want
to bother installing this package?"  But even assuming they get over
that hurdle, it's still a confusing situation.  Let's either move
cfengine.el to the GNU ELPA as well, or keep them both in the trunk
please.
