As Mohsen points out, this is not the issue at hand.  The issue at
hand is rendering individual summary lines that include portions, like
Subject and names of addressees, in R2L scripts.

IMO, such customizations don't make sense until the Emacs UI,
including the menu bar, the tool bar, and the mode line, can be
customized to display right to left.  There's a TODO item about that,
but it probably won't happen for Emacs 24.1.
