With this change, `q' in help buffers runs quit-window, which does not
delete the window.  Currently, `q' in help buffers runs View-quit, which
deletes the window.

I'm not a big fan of View mode in general, but the View-quit behavior
seems a bit more convenient in the context of help mode.
