Er, um, yes, of course. Never talk Emacs while hacking Qt, one's
terminology gets confused. :)

Yep. (A key to toggle tabs, basically, like C-a a in screen.)

winring.el already does much of this (though I don't think it is exactly
ideal in all respects).
