Though if I were you, I'd simply insert s/ms-w32.h into config.nt and
delete the former. Put a comment block in the relevant point in
conf_post.h if you like:

/* In config.nt, platform specific code starts here.  */

/* Platform specific code ends here.  */


Then config.nt is the same, but with the former contents of s/ms-w32.h
between the comments.
