Well, it seems almost everything seems to be already compiled from your
previous efforts.

No, that's not working (yet). Please only do

emacs -Q -l cedet-build.el -f cedet-build

on a CEDET clean checkout. Everything else is not tested and will
probably not work.

Not the right command. Do not use '-batch', but use '-Q'.

No. But CEDET does not use these packages. They're probably loaded from
your init- or site-file.
