Same for eldoc-eval.el and ioccur.el they are maintained now on github:

https://github.com/thierryvolpiatto/eldoc-eval.git
https://github.com/thierryvolpiatto/ioccur.git

And eldoc-eval is broken for 24.3+ on ELPA (Fixed on github).
