I think we already need at least two different configuration options,
one for the sizes/coordinates and one for the displays/monitors.  That's
why I think that we shouldn't have `desktop-save-windows' handle the
monitor/display stuff itself.  Just keep it boolean forever and any
remaining options can be added later on when we need them.
