I don't.  But don't you compare apples with oranges?  Angelo is
running a Cygwin Emacs, which uses X, so its behavior is not to be
compared with the native w32 Emacs.

Who knows what f11 does in the Cygwin-ported Xlib?

You are using a completely different build, I think, than what Angelo
uses.
