I don't observe this problem with the latest trunk
(bzr 114421) after a "make bootstrap".  I loaded
cc-defs.el from cc-mode 5.32.5 and it set c-emacs-features
to (pps-extended-state add-hook-local col-0-paren
posix-char-classes gen-string-delim gen-comment-delim
syntax-properties category-properties 1-bit) without
complaint.  I'm running on Fedora 19 x86-64.
