Can't build trunk - LIBGNUTLS_LIBS (src/Makefile) now expands to null string

Hi, Emacs.


I "haven't changed anything".  Yet, in the trunk, just updated, my make
bootstrap fails at link time.  There are lots of undefined references to
gnutls_*.

Further investigation shows that in .../src/Makefile, LIBGNUTLS_LIBS has
become the emptry string, whereas in Emacs 24.3, it expanded to
"-lgnutls".  This seems likely to be a symptom of the error.

Please help me get this sorted out.
