Oh, I'm terribly sorry about this. I did a bzr add and I used C-x v v thinking it would commit the entire changeset. Obviously I was mistaken.

This commit only installed the commit message in ChangeLog, but didn't
add any helper.el file.  Did you forget the "bzr add" by any chance?
