I believe that's actually the data for 24.1.
Traditionally we weaseled our way out of this job by saying that it only
had to be done on a major release (23.1, 24.1). So I wasn't expecting
this to be necessary for 24.4. (But necessary or not, it's always welcome.)

(Personally I simply don't think the human resources exist to do this
job for every minor release. Remember that originally it was supposed to
be at least two people reading every chapter, but we could only manage
one in recent years. And the person who did the majority of it isn't
around any more. But I should stop spreading negativity...)
