The eighth update of Emacs 24.3 Mac port 4.x is now available from

    ftp://ftp.math.s.chiba-u.ac.jp/emacs/emacs-24.3-mac-4.8.tar.gz

This time there are not so many changes from the previous version.  If
you still have a build tree for the previous one, then you only need
to update src/macappkit.m, src/macterm.c, and optionally
mac/templates/Info.plist.in .

** Fixed bugs

*** Fringe does not get correctly updated under very specific
circumstances (Bug#16932).

*** In full screen mode, clicking the menu bar hides it on OS X 10.7.

*** Image background is not correctly drawn when it has a box
(Bug#17115).

*** While resizing a frame with mouse dragging, display is updated
only on pauses in motion.
