They committed changes to either the hydra-recipes repo, or the NixOS
repo itself. It is possible a change in the system packages could cause
an Emacs build failure rather a change in Emacs. Hydra can't tell. Hydra
does not understand bzr and so does not report changes in the Emacs
repo, which would obviously be more useful for us.
