Some important numbers with my experiment:

1. Total 1835 objects will be merged into ELPA.

2. Checking the history log of the crisp.el in the merged ELPA,

    there are only 59 commits for crisp.el:
git log --name-status --all --follow crisp.el | grep "Author:" | wc -l

Attached is the log generated by the above git command.
