For PR 18116, using emacs-24.3 as "last known good" and HEAD as "bad",
approx. 3900 revisions fitted the range. That's about 14 builds. Of
those, in ~10 cases a straight "make" didn't work so resorted to
bootstrapping, which takes >6 minutes here. That amounts to more than an
hour just building. If you are focused on the bisection, you waste a lot
of time staring at the screen. If you focus on some other task, you have
to stop every now and then for continuing the bisection. It doesn't feel
like doing very productive work. It is ok when one is incapacitated for
doing a more demanding task, though.

BTW, several "makes" failed with "don't know how to make target
../emacs/nt/Makefile.in".

I wish Emacs had a more robust build system.
