I'm not quite sure what you mean.  GnuTLS is fine with using RC4, SSL1
and low prime bits, but these are things that security-conscious people
think are unsafe to use (if you need a high-security network connection
for something).

GnuTLS doesn't really set policy here; that's up to the application.
