Hi,
A reminder that while admin/make-tarball.txt describes the mechanical
steps to make a release tarfile, admin/FOR-RELEASE lists some tasks to
be completed before releases.
For 24.5, the only relevant ones are probably the NEWS ones.
There are still some undocumented changes, then the +++/--- markup and
the "Temporary note" need to be removed.
