I've now adapted the versions of the algorithms in the shr branch to
also be able to render fixed-width text, using `move-to-column' and
friends.

A version using that takes 0.66s to render the Ocelot page, while the
pixel version takes 2.86s.

As a comparison, the version of shr in the trunk uses about 2.5s to
render the same page.  So I think merging to the trunk in a few days may
be a good idea, but defaulting `shr-use-fonts' to nil.

(Well, I won't merge.  I'll just make a big patch and apply it to trunk.)
