When in doubt about ChangeLogs, the answer is "yes". :-)Generally speaking, git commit messages should use ChangeLog format, and a patch that changes tests should have ChangeLog entries. See, for example, commit e7d21b4ab11e73c709420eeeb32ffe2421fafe98 here:
