Indeed, now it's much better. The only thing missing IMO is to default 
case-fold-search or tags-case-fold-search to nil. Or add a new 
etags-xref-find-definitions- variable for that.

As it is now, DEFVAR_LISP gives you two matches, and that not really 
correct.
