 Thanks for the note.

I was implementing myself a new feature in  Emacspeak, though if it
works out it's not Emacspeak specific.

It's still WIP, so take it with a grain of salt -- 

1 line summary:

Adding "Soundscapes" -- quiet ambient  nature sounds, that  play in the
background, and change based on what I'm doing -- eg programming vs
communicating vs writing.
