Really c:/msys64/tmp/mingw-w64-emacs-git/src/emacs/lisp/loaddefs.el seems broken

but when I visit it with Emacs, 'A LOT OF "APPARENTLY" EMPTY SPACE' is a lot of "^@" characters.

BTW, insisting to visit it, Emacs hangs (I have to kill it with task manager...)

If you want I can sent it to someone of you, off list (xz compressed is about 250K).
