Are all of your builds full bootstraps in a fresh directory using a
freshly cloned repository?
Usually I try to build the package as described here:
https://sourceforge.net/p/msys2/wiki/Contributing%20to%20MSYS2
In short,
MINGW_INSTALLS=mingw64 makepkg-mingw -sLf
(I changed the PKGBUILD [*] script to use 'make -j3').
The folder in which I run the above command contains an "emacs"
directory containing the git tree of Emacs master. If I understand, this
tree is copied at each build in a 'working' build tree inside a 'src'
folder and I delete the 'src' tree after each build..
Just for completeness, I will try leaving only the PKGBUILD script and
deleting all other things..
