Of course I do.  I've watched people edit, and when they move
their hands to the arrow keys that takes time.

Using the mouse is extremely slow each time.
That is why I never use it for editing.

That's why we made Emacs support them.  But that has nothing to do
with the question at hand, which is how we should recommend people use
Emacs.
