Are those SaaSS too?

That's a trick question. Gitlab is not SaaSS. It has a community version (MIT licensed) which we are free to use.

Buildbot is GPLv2. Hydra is GPLv3.

None of them, of course, normally run on an ordinary user's computer. But they could.
