I just tried to build on macOS for the first time in a while and I get
this in ‘make install’

    Unknown option ‘--temacs=pbootstrap’
    make[1]: *** [bootstrap-emacs.pdmp] Error 255
    make: *** [src] Error 2
    make: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs....

I also think we still need to get the pdmp file copied into the
Emacs.app file structure.
