If I would like to make a module that links to a Google library licensed under
the license above?

As I understand, as long as I say that library in the question is licensed under
those terms, and inlcude this license as well, am I OK to distribute both the
source code and the shared library (.so) I built? They do allow even changes to
source code, as long as they are mentioned as the original authors? Or do I
missunderstand that?
