  * configure.ac (opsysfile): Set to empty on gnu, cygwin.
  
  * src/s/bsd-common, src/s/cygwin.h: Remove empty files.
  * src/s/freebsd.h, src/s/netbsd.h: Do not include bsd-common.h.
