    Fix the Elisp manual wrt GnuTL cryptography
    
    * doc/lispref/elisp.texi (Top): Update the master menu.
    * doc/lispref/text.texi (GnuTLS Cryptography): Add a @menu, to
    avoid errors in makeinfo.
