Improve the Emacs manual's chapter "Frames"
* doc/emacs/frames.texi (Creating Frames): Add a cross-reference
to where frame visibility is described.
(Word and Line Mouse): Clarify wording.
(Scroll Bars): Qualify scroll-bar behavior. Reported by Dmitry
