    More fixes in the Emacs manual
    
    * doc/emacs/xresources.texi (Table of Resources, Lucid Resources):
    Sort the resources.
    (Lucid Resources): Add cross-references.
    (GTK Resource Basics): Fix wording.
    (GTK styles): Add empty lines in a @table.  Suggested by Michael
    Albinus <address@hidden> in address@hidden
