M-x occur with regexp

 ^\(\*\|Subject\s-+1\)

gives

5 matches for "^\(\*\|Subject\s-+1\)" in buffer: temp.org
      1:* <2010-04-16 fri>
      2:Subject 1
      4:Subject 1
      7:* <2010-04-17 sat>
     10:Subject 1
