[O] org-with-wide-buffer error

Dear orgmode team,

This is a bug report for the latest (git) orgmode. When I call org-todo
or org-agenda-todo it reports the following:

Debugger entered--Lisp error: (invalid-function org-with-wide-buffer)
  org-with-wide-buffer(t)
  byte-code( .....
  org-todo(nil)
  call-interactively(org-todo)
  org-agenda-todo(nil)
  call-interactively(org-agenda-todo nil nil)

Tested in
 Emacs 23.3.1,
 org-mode vc SHA1 ID: b969081ebd0da2711f1006fec39e04fe4a90ef71
