Doesn't this depend on the way "Org mode" is being used in the sentence?
If it's used as a noun, as in, say:
Org mode is one of the best features of Emacs.
then I'd expect there not to be a hyphen.
But if it's used as an adjective, as in, say:
There are so many Org-mode features it's hard to wrap my brain around
all of them.
then I'd expect there would be a hyphen.
